How many of you are fearful about corona? “Face everything and rise. The choice is ours.”
Corona Doesn’t Care
Carona does not care if we are rich, poor (financially), Caste, Race, Country, Region, Youth, Elderly, it affects everyone same way across the Globe. Nothing helps currently, only to LIVE RIGHT. We cannot escape to different state, country everywhere same story.
Nature is compelling us to slow down and (live with common sense) simple living with Health and Happiness.
DON’T FEAR, JUST LIVE RIGHT
By Now, we should be realizing complete cure is not in our hands.
“PREVENTION IS BETTER THAN CURE” – This should be our new trend.
EAT WELL, SHIT WELL, SLEEP WELL, COMPASSIONATE, WORK WELL.
Today am going to emphasis on two main points for facing Corona.
Precautions & Preventions.
Precautions every minute, we are overwhelmed with TV channels, social media, WhatsApp, YouTube and so on.
- Washing hands
- Sanitizer
- Safe distance 6 ft
- Face Mask (It’s a joke, while speaking we are taking off mask, need to use common sense why we are wearing mask, and wear it properly.
Wanted to focus more on Preventions.
JUST Remember – 6 wells
- Breathe Well
- Drink Well
- Eat Well
- Keep your Body Well
- Keep your Mind Well
- Rest Well
Breath well – The “three parts” are the abdomen, diaphragm, and chest. During Three-Part Breath, you first completely fill your lungs with air, as though you are breathing into your belly, ribcage, and upper chest. Then you exhale completely, reversing the flow. This is our original breath pattern; we were all born with.
Drink well – Hydrate your body. Try to Avoid drinking Artificial juices, energy drinks with lot of additives, preservatives, stale. Drink with Lemon or mix with natural herbs. Depends on the season, can drink hot and cool made with natural unprocessed ingredients.
Eat well – Balanced Diet. Again, common sense. Try to eat natural not refrigerated for many days. Vegetables, Fruits, Nuts, Cereals, Grains, Pulses, Leafy fiber Rich vegetables. Avoid Processed, Packaged food.
Body well – Not external beauty, internal functioning of the body is important.
You have a car, bike, cell phone even bicycles not using it for 3 months. What happens, does it function properly? we need to take it to repair shop, Same way our human body, not doing any physical activity in modern world, we are taking our body to repair shop called our hospitals.
You do not need any equipment for Walking & Yoga. it is free, do it every day.
Mind well – Once you follow all the above, Mind well is easy……Try to sit quiet for 5 minutes every day.

- Conscious (Aware of your Breath)
Rest well – For example, running car or any mechanical vehicle for 24 hrs., does it run???? Same way our body needs enough rest, enough sleep. Diseases are creeping up, due to lack of physical & mental relaxation.
